DonnaMaria Vigil-King, Ph.D., PCC
Scientific rigor. Practical wisdom. Human-centered leadership development.
I work with leaders and organizations to strengthen decision-making, leadership effectiveness, and organizational performance.
With more than two decades of experience across pharmaceutical, healthcare, government, and high-tech environments, I’ve led and supported initiatives inside organizations such as Intel, Pfizer, Cisco, Los Alamos National Laboratory, and the FDA.
My work sits at the intersection of leadership, organizational systems, and decision quality. I bring both scientific rigor and practical experience—grounded in a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, deep experience with assessment and development, and over 3,000 hours of executive coaching.
Just as important, I bring curiosity.
Because in complex environments, the quality of the answer depends on the quality of the thinking behind it.
“With my 200+ member team, Donna was there with us through thick and thin, working with the leadership team and me to ensure we were thinking comprehensively about transformation and change management—strategically, tactically, and emotionally.”
— VP of Marketing, Tech Company
I grew up in New Mexico, where I developed a deep appreciation for endurance, creativity, and perspective. That grounding continues to shape how I approach leadership, growth, and change.
“Donna helped me turn my ideas into actionable goals, resulting in transformative change that has served my Division and the Office of Generic Drugs well.”
— Director, FDA
