As an accomplished Talent, Team, and Leadership Development Coach and Consultant with more than two decades of experience across the pharmaceutical, health care, and high-tech sectors, I help leaders and organizations reimagine how they work, lead, and grow.

I’ve been fortunate to lead both global and site-based initiatives within organizations such as Intel, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Pfizer, Cisco, and LMI/(FDA), each offering rich experiences and relationships that continue to shape my perspective and fuel my commitment to pay it forward.

My participation in some of the most innovative organizations in the world has afforded me a foundation built on both science and humanity. I’m driven by curiosity and by a desire to help business leaders create clarity, agility, and purpose in an increasingly complex world.

In addition to the depth and breadth of my work experience, I hold a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (with a minor in Statistics) and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. My background with multiple assessment tools supports a compassionate, results-oriented, and data-driven approach to leadership and organizational development.

Growing up in New Mexico (the small state between Arizona and Texas that isn’t part of Mexico) nurtured my love of gardening, hiking, and photography. It also instilled in me an appreciation for endurance, creativity, and balance, all values that shape my coaching and consulting practice today.
